"Teamwork, dedication, perseverance, and a healthy lifestyle define my trainings"
I was born in La Ceiba, Honduras on May 24, 1982. I began my professional soccer career in 2001 with the Motagua Sports Club in my native country. On the Honduran National Team I was a defender in 86 international matches and 2 world cups. During my professional career I have played on teams all over the world including: Club Deportivo y Social Vida, Royal Sporting Club Anderlecht, Lierse (Belgium) and Club de Fútbol Indios de Ciudad Juarez. In 2012 I signed with the San Jose Earthquakes where I played for 6 years before retiring in 2017. In January 2021 I was honored to be nominated for the MLS Hall of Fame.
After retiring from professional soccer I began coaching and training children and teenagers. I believe that hard work and dedication are attributes that will lead to success on and off the field. I believe in training athletes to improve their physical endurance and technique. Every athlete is different which is why I customize training differently for each client.
I look forward to speaking with you and helping you Train Like A Pro!
